About Us

Starlilly Community Outreach Corp, is a non-profit organization that provides safe and affordable housing to individuals experiencing homelessness and those exiting the fostering system. We offer support services such as detox from substance abuse on the journey to sobriety and recovery.

The organization was founded by Nova Burch with the mission to create a foundation of compassion and support for individuals in need, so that they can ultimately become productive members of society while maintaining long-term sobriety. Nova's contribution to community service has been extensive. A Compton, California native she grew up in neighborhood full of love, guidance and mentorship which propelled her into community work. In the early 2000's, she served persons with mental challenges as a Parenting Instructor and Lamaze Coach through two agencies contracted through the Regional Center in Los Angeles, CA. Since 2012 she has served in the role of Birthworking, teaching virtual Doula courses and Feminine Self Care Trainings for women who are adversely affected by Generational Womb Trauma. She also teaches Practitioner Trainings for women who desire to serve other women in a healing and supportive capacity as well.

Nova works in both the California and Nevada areas as a Lay Midwife, supporting the Family Dynamic, Prenatal, Pregnancy and Postpartum.
